November First Thursday Event – List Your Blog Post Here

By Atmara On November 4, 2010 Under Blogging tips, Guest Post

For those of you who didn’t see the post Announcing First Thursday Events – Share Your Best Blog Post, once a month (on the First Thursday of the month) I am hosting a day when you are free to list a link to your best blog post in the comments. It’s your chance to get your blog in front of a new audience, get a link back to your blog (always good for SEO), and have a chance to connect with other bloggers and have a little fun. And I get all of that and more traffic to my site. Good for us both. Consider it sort of a mini, nontraditional Blog Carnival you can join each month.

So list a link to one of your best blog post in the comments below. I use the CommentLuv plug-in so if you have a WordPress blog you automatically get a link to your most recent blog post if you check the box, and if you list another you get 2 for the price of 1. And who can resist a 2 for 1 sale, especially when the price is free!

Please pass the word to your fellow bloggers! All are welcome (but nothing x rated – let’s keep it family friendly) I look forward to reading your posts. Come back tomorrow and see what other people have posted. Be sure to comment on other bloggers posts (then you get more links back to your site!) Let’s all support each other in getting our message out into the world.

Not a blogger? Come read the posts and leave your comments. We all want your feedback!

PS. I just had a new idea! In addition, for those of you with web sites, but not a blog, post a link to that! And if you’d like to post a link to your fan page, do that, too. Then visit the blogs, websites and fan pages others post. Let’s support each other in getting our businesses out into the world!

Be sure to Subscribe to this blog either by RSS or Email via the forms on the top right column of the page.

Clicking the CommentLuv icon under the post field will automatically create a link in your post to one of your recent blog posts. Please use it!

It’s really nice of you to host this Atmara! Last month I was out of town and quickly tried to participate! This is such a good idea for networking and support!

This month I’d like to share links to the Mind Body Spirit Odyssey Blog. We originally started this blog as part of a Marketplace that was located 1000 Markets. When 1000 Markets went out of business, we kept everything going. The community that we had established off site is still growing with many new fans and readers. (like Atmara) :)

On our blog we explore a variety of Mind Body Spirit themes. We have guest writers, and since we are inclusive & non-denominational, explore many different subject areas and belief systems. We conduct interviews and do book reviews.

One particularly wonderful 3 part interview we did recently that you might enjoy reading was with Qigong Healer Darren Orr of New Jersey.

We also have a Facebook Fan page where we showcase Mind Body Spirit related products from sellers all over the web. If you are on Facebook and would fan us (and follow the blog) we would really appreciate it!

Hi Atmara, Thanks for letting me share my blog with your readers. I provided information and tools for massage therapists, healing arts and wellness practitioners to develop and manage a complete internet marketing strategy.

Here is a post I wrote about how practitioners can apply marketing concepts taken from the Grateful Dead.
